Support Adventure is an expat outsourcing company that provides our staff the opportunity to live and work in exciting cities worldwide, while offering tech support. We have staff in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

We have multiple clients in the MSP space that are looking for Remote IT Service Desk Co-ordinators (Dispatchers). It’s a role where you will manage customer requests and communicate with customers and technicians to coordinate service. We provide training for candidates with potential, so feel free to apply even if you do not have direct experience with help desks. 

You will typically be working 8 hour shifts depending on during American daytime hours (the most ideal candidates would be located in Latin America).

As a co-ordinator, you receive incoming calls, emails, and tickets, and allocate them to team members of the organization. Good communication skills in English is needed for this position. 

The specific activities largely depend on our clients, and during the on-boarding process we will equip you with everything you need to get started.

Duties & Responsibilities

Although IT Experience isn’t required, you must be proficient with computers, understand technology, and be excellent with communication in English.

Most of our clients are Managed Service Providers specializing in:

  • Providing full stack support to offices, work from home users and all of their devices and applications

  • Running a service which prioritizes great customer service and efficient incident responses.

  • Empathizing with users and helping them know what to expect from the service

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience in people management/co-ordination

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • A customer focused attitude towards work and delivering service

  • A detail and process oriented approach to supervising service delivery

  • Full time availability for shifts 8-9 hours long, for our clients time zones (usually American daytime)

  • Tech industry experience a plus but not required!
